We took the lean cut of a brisket we smoked a few weeks ago and reheated it with our sous vide. We set it to 165F for two hours. I was honestly shocked at how good the lean cut was reheated. It tasted great!
Here is what we did with the meat
Step 1: Getcha meat
Step 2: Chop it up!
Step 3: Get your favorite sugar free BBQ sauce
Step 4: Douse it
Step 5: Mix it up!
Step 6: Enjoy however you want!
I put this ball of meat and pepperjack cheese inbetween some SOLA hamburger buns!
