Keto Cheese Taco Shells

These taco shells made out of melted cheese are here to change the way anyone eats tacos. They are so delicious, you'll need just one ingredient, and it will take you less than 20 minutes. The best part is, this recipe goes with your choice of toppings. The possibilities are endless.

Yield: 4-6 shells
2 cups (8 oz) Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Lay down parchment paper on a baking sheet. For each taco shell, measure ⅓ cup of the shredded cheese and place it on the baking sheet.
Flatten every portion of cheese by tapping them gently with your hand. Then, bake for 6 minutes. Let the melted cheese sit for 3 minutes.
Next, hang them over utensils to form the shape of taco shells and let them rest until they're cooled and hardened. I placed it over a wooden spoon propped up by cups. This last step takes approximately 5 minutes.
Finally, plate in taco holders and fill your cheese shells with your favorite meat and toppings.
