- Medical advice or treatment
- Psychological therapy or counseling
- A substitute for professional healthcare
- Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition* Trauma Therapy or Clinical Intervention: While some Programs may discuss trauma, childhood experiences, or emotional processing as context for nervous system sensitization, this content is strictly educational. We do not provide trauma processing, EMDR, or clinical psychotherapy. If you have a history of severe trauma or PTSD, you agree to engage with this content only under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
About the Instructor:
Maggie Sterling is not a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or healthcare provider. All course content represents educational information and personal experience only.
2. Professional Medical Care Required
IMPORTANT: Before purchasing or using any of our courses:
- Consult with qualified healthcare providers about your symptoms
- Get proper medical evaluation for any health concerns
- Do not stop, start, or modify any medical treatment based on course content without consulting your healthcare provider
- Continue working with licensed professionals for medical and mental health care
Our courses are designed to complement professional care, not replace it.
By participating in this course, you acknowledge that you have already consulted with a physician regarding your physical and mental symptoms and have been medically cleared of acute or life-threatening conditions. The techniques regarding 'not checking' or 'allowing' symptoms are intended only for symptoms that have been deemed non-emergency by a medical professional. You agree that any new or changing symptoms will be evaluated by a doctor before you apply course principles to them.
3. Emergency Situations
If you experience severe symptoms, suicidal thoughts, or medical emergencies:

Course content shares what worked for the instructor and some students, but your experience may differ.
Acknowledgment of The Process: You understand that the educational methods taught in this course (specifically regarding nervous system desensitization) may result in a temporary increase in symptoms, anxiety, or discomfort (often referred to in the Course as the 'Recalibration Phase'). You acknowledge that this is a stated possibility of the learning process and agree that R STERLING ENTERPRISES LLC is not liable for any increase in subjective distress or symptoms.
User Effort & ImplementationYou acknowledge that the results of our Programs depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, and implementation of the principles taught. As stated in our materials, "This course cannot save you". We provide the educational roadmap, but we cannot do the work for you.
